The alterations to previously approved Planning Application Registered Reference Web1481/20. Alterations to include the addition of a dormer window in rear roof plane of the new dwelling to allow for a Home Office at 2nd floor level of the proposed house as granted previously.

The demolition of existing single storey garage to the side, partial demolition of existing single storey extension to the rear, widen existing vehicular entrance in front boundary and creation of a new vehicular entrance onto McKee Road in order to construct new two storey, two bedroom end of terrace dwelling to the side of the existing dwelling and all associated site works.
