The development consists of the demolition of existing part 2 storey extension to the rear & side and for the construction of a part 2 storey extension to the rear and side of existing house to include 2 no. roof windows to the new hipped gable roof and for all associated site works.

The development will consist of upgrading works to existing two storey semi-detached house to include demolition works, new partial single and two storey extension to rear and side of existing house, projecting ground floor window to front, new modular rooflight system, alterations and extension of existing hipped roof to include new dormer structure to rear and velux type rooflight to side, new non-habitable attic room conversion, internal reconfiguration, detached plant room structure to rear garden, widening of existing vehicular entrance, external landscaping, SuDS drainage and all associated ancillary works to facilitate the development.
