Retention permission is sought for amendments to previously approved planning application Reg Ref: F22B/0227. The amendments comprise: (i) Omission of the ground floor canopy to the rear of the granted dwelling, (ii) Existing and as granted balconies to the front at first floor level removed, and first floor habitable space extended in their place; (iii) amendments including some additions, and omissions, of windows and rooflights; (iv) landscaping works and all associated works necessary to facilitate the development.

The development will consist of: (i) Demolition of the existing chimney canopy and garage to side of existing detached dwelling; (ii) The construction of a two-storey flat roof extension with front facing balcony to the side of existing dwelling; (iii) Single storey canopy structure to rear to form covered patio; (iv) New ground floor bay window to rear; (v) New rooflights to existing pitched roof and to proposed extension; (vi) Alterations to all elevations associated landscaping and all ancillary and ground works necessary to facilitate development.
