The demolition and development work will consist of the following: (a)demolition of existing single storey rear extension, (b)construction of a part two storey and part single storey flat roof extensions to rear and side of property, (c)widening of existing vehicular front entrance, (d) Internal alterations to ground and first floor layouts, and (f) all associated site works.

The development will consist of the demolition of the existing front boundary wall, the proposed construction of a new front boundary wall to allow for a wider vehicular entrance and all associated site works to facilitate the development.

RETENTION: Retention permission for the removal of the existing front boundary bush/ fence, to be replaced with a new front garden wall wth a width between both pillars of 3.5 metres to facilitate vehicular access for parking in driveway.

Planning permission is sought for proposed single storey lean to extension and first floor bathroom window to side of property with vehicular access to front and associated site works.
