The proposed development comprises, Permission for amendments to Dublin City Council, Planning Reg Ref: 2509/20. The amendments comprise a new single storey entrance porch to front (north) of dwelling, change of 2 No Velux roof lights to new box dormer to side (east) roof hip, increase in height of low level section of hip roof (not main roof) to side (west hip) of dwelling by 250mm with a new east facing box dormer to same section of roof to create additional storage space within the roof structure, and minor internal alterations to first floor plan and all ancillary works.

RETENTION & PERMISSION: The proposed development comprises: Retention Permission for demolished chimney breast (1 No.); and Permission for demolition of 1 No. remaining chimney breast and removal of existing flat roof and hipped roof (both on existing single storey structure) and construction of new roof suitable for habitable space with an increased roof pitch from that of the existing roof and ridge height raised by 600mm to accommodate habitable space within attic conversion. The new hipped roof will include 1 no. box dormer window to rear (south) roof facade, 2 no. roof lights to front (north) roof facade, 2 no. roof lights to the side (east) roof facade and 2 no. roof lights to the side (west) roof facade and internal modifications and all ancillary works.
