PROTECTED STRUCTURE:The development will consist of the removal of the existing recent granite surface finish to the platform and steps at the front door of the house and the retention, restoration and repair of the original granite flagstones, steps and bridge under. Any shortfall in granite is to be made up with salvaged or new matching granite flagstones. When laid the granite elements including the original granite upstands that surround the front area are to be repaired and repointed with lime mortar.
