Development works comprising (a) selective demolition of existing two storey return to rear of house, (b) internal alterations to existing structure including formation of new opes and re-instatement of original wall between front and rear reception rooms at upper ground floor level, (c) re-instatement of cill and installation of new hardwood sliding sash window to rear elevation at upper ground floor level, (d) addition of 2 no.new heritage roof lights to east facing rear roof plane, (e) alterations to retaining wall and site levels to rear garden, (f) construction of new split level two storey return as extension to rear of existing house with kitchen at upper ground floor level, dining room at garden level, utility, plant and guest wc at lower ground floor level and (g) hard and soft landscaping and all associated site works in accordance with SuDS

(i) Removal of existing two storey extension to the rear (16sqm) and the existing terrace (11sqm). (ii) Construction of a new one & two storey extension to the rear (74sqm). (iii) General refurbishment of the existing house (134sqm) including internal and external alterations and essential repairs as required to the floors, windows, facades & roof. (iv) Garden pavilion (47sqm) to the rear garden including games room, home office, shower room and store. (v) Associated conservation works, site works and ancillary works to facilitate the development.
