Planning permission for development at this circa 0.57 ha site located at the above address. The site is bounded on the east by Dorset Street Upper, to the north by Wellington Street Lower, on the west by Paradise Place and on the south by existing school and playground to rear of St. Mary's Place North. RETENTION: Retention planning permission for dormer to rear roof to accommodate stairs to allow conversion of attic into non-habitable storage space, the dormer roof/ridge was increased over existing roof ridge level, roof window to front roof and ancillary works.
