PROTECTED STRUCTURE: The proposed works will consist of the demolition of non-original building fabric to the rear of the mid-terrace, three storey building, including the external timber balcony and staircase, a lean-to porch, and walls to the ground floor extension; and original fabric comprising the removal of sections of external walls to the rear and internal walls of the lower ground floor, and the partial removal of a chimney breast at lower ground floor.
