The development will consist of Alterations and additions to previously granted permission Reg Ref: D23B/0558 to include additional single storey extension space to the kitchen area at rear with a low pitch roof arrangement, relocation of the existing side entrance gate and additional windows to the main side gable elevation, alterations to the approved dormer windows with a flat roof and zinc cladding.

Permission is sought for a single storey extension to the rear kitchen annex, new dormer window to rear of the main roof and provision of an additional velux window to the front and retention of a dormer window to the existing garage to side at this site.
