Planning permission is sought for revisions to a previously approved development per Grant of Permission Reference. No. WEB1379/21 at 96 Furry Park Road, Killester, Dublin 5. The development for which permission has previously been granted consisted of the demolition of the existing rear extension, construction of a single storey rear extension, conversion of the existing garage to habitable use, installation of rooflights in the rear attic roof and in the extension roofs, replacement of the existing windows and doors, internal layout modifications to the existing house, ancillary site works and retention of a widened gate with new pillar at the existing front boundary wall. The revised works for which permission is now sought consist of the demolition of the existing rear extension, construction of a single storey rear extension, conversion of the existing garage to habitable use, construction of a side extension at first floor level over the existing retained garage, extension of the existing main roof over the proposed first floor extension, installation of a dormer window in the rear of the existing main roof, installation of rooflights in the rear extension roofs and in the hip of the extended main roof, replacement of the existing windows and doors, internal layout modifications to the existing house, ancillary site works, and retention of a widened gate with new pillar at the existing front boundary wall.
