The change of use of an existing domestic garage to a community dwelling house for persons with disabilities, ancillary to the existing community dwelling house on site. The proposal includes alterations to the elevations to provide additional windows and doors, the installation of roof lights, and the construction of a canopy/awning, together with the upgrading of the existing wastewater treatment system to accommodate both dwellings and all associated site works
