Of existing garage as constructed and Permission to construct a new extension to the garage consisting of a home office and store/drying room along with associated site works

To renovate and change the layout of the existing dwelling, construct extension to the rear of the dwelling, and to install a replacement effluent treatment system all with associated site works

Of the changes to the dwelling granted under P99/1509 1. The patio doors in lieu of the window to the rear; 2. The plastered finish in lieu of stone facing to the main walls of the dwelling and 3. The first floor area with associated rooflights and windows; & for PERMISSION to extend the existing dwelling house, add new windows to the existing gables, add a rooflight to the front view, alter the window to the rear view & all other associated site and ancillary works

To construct a new dwelling house, sewage treatment system and construct a new entrance onto public road and associated site works

For 1 no. detached dwelling, new boundary walls, site entrance, improvements to the adjacent access road, sewerage treatment plant, polishing filter, rear garden shed and all ancillary site works
