To complete façade works to existing industrial/ commercial unit previously approved under planning reference no. 05/717 together with extension to side and rear, provide 2 no. delivery/dispatch areas and associated site works

For two storey office block, staircore and assoicated facilities within previously approved extensions to existing industrial building granted under planning reference numbers 20/409 and 20/572 together with alterations to plans & elevations and associated site works

For (a) alterations to previously approved extension granted under planning reference 20/409 which includes alterations to facades, extend access ramp position and gradient together with PLANNING PERMISSION for (b) lean-to extension to southeast side incorporating plant room and storage, (c) new loading bay to northwest side with roofed extension and (d) alterations to plans & elevations of existing industrial building and associated site works

To retain internal alterations to ground floor layout of existing industrial building previously approved and constructed under planning reference 04/2564 together with retention for additional two floors above. Ground and first floor accommodation consists of office, canteen, locker room, laundry and toilets on each level, second floor incorporating plant room with alterations to elevations
