For completion of phase two of previously approved development works (granted approval under Planning Reg No 20/57). Phase One works have been completed and Phase Two shall comprise of the following: (a) New 2 story Club Rooms including 4 no. dressing rooms, meeting rooms, office space, and ancillary accommodation; (b) upgrading and widening of existing access road with a short retaining gabion stone wall section, entrance & public footpaths & lighting; (c) turnstiles and access gates; and (d) all connections and ancillary site works

For (a) New 2 story Club Rooms including 4 no. dressing rooms, meeting rooms, office space, gym space and ancillary accommodation; (b) upgrading and widening of existing access road with a short retaining gabion stone wall section, entrance & public footpaths & lighting; (c) flood lit synthetic grass training pitch and hurling wall; (d) turnstiles and access gates; (e) provision of all associated surface water and foul drainage services and connections and all ancillary site works
