For a single storey dwelling, new entrance, driveway, decommission existing septic tank and install new wastewater treatment system & percolation area at revised location and associated site works

To carry out the following alterations & works to an existing dwelling house (1) Renovate existing single storey cottage comprising of alterations to elevations, internal fit-out works, (2) Construct new single storey extension to rear, (3) Upgrade existing septic tank to new mechanical wastewater treatment system & percolation area, together with all associated site development works.

To extend and carry out internal alterations to Sheehan's Public House as follows: (a) construct single story lounge and toilet extensions, (b) extend lounge within existing premises including loft space, and alterations, and (c) RETENTION of alterations to elevations and associated works
