The works involve installing an external fire escape stairs in the internal courtyard, replacing two existing windows with two doors to allow for access onto the external stairs, a roller shutter over an existing window in the courtyard and to move the boiler house door to the side elevation along with associated site works

The development will consist of the provision of a footpath between Armada House and the R482. The development will also include for associated landscaping, public lighting, the opening of a new 2m wide pedestrian access that links to the public footpath as well as all ancillary works.
