The construction of a stable block and associate works

Importation and deposition of inert subsoil and topsoil for land profiling and re-contouring purposes, including the continued use of existing wheel-wash and extension to existing internal haul road, and all site ancillary works at an existing agricultural holding of 4.890 hectares. The purpose of this work is to improve the site for agriculture. A Waste Facility Permit is required for this development
