The demolition of 2 no. existing prefabricated classrooms and the construction of 2 no. single storey stand-alone buildings with covered walkways to accommodate a classroom and an early intervention room as well as associated ancillary accommodation. External works to include retaining structures, ramps and steps to resolve existing site levels as well as new boundary treatments to the south and west of the site, a new wastewater treatment plant and percolation area and all other associated site works required to facilitate the development.

Amendments to previously granted planning permission for the construction of Multi Use Games Area (MUGA), associated side fencing and netting, artificial grass surface, floodlighting and all associated ancillary & incidental works (Previous Planning Ref. 21/242), the amendments required are an increase in the size of the proposed MUGA to 55x40m together with additional floodlighting
