For the construction of a new metal fence on top of part of the existing stone boundary wall along the Smithstown Road combined height of wall and fence will be 2.45m high, the construction of a 2.45m high metal fence within the site behind the stone wall adjacent to the site entrance, the construction of a new 2.45m high paladin fence along the west boundary from the Smithstown Road boundary wall to the existing site security fence, and associated site works
