To demolish existing extension to rear and shed to side of existing dwelling, renovate and change the layout of dwelling, construct extension to the dwelling and, to install a replacement effluent treatment system and percolation area, all with associated site works and accessed by means of an existing shared entrance and driveway from the public road

To retain(i) extensions to dwelling house and ancillary outbuildings as constructed and (ii) PERMISSION to construct and complete extensions to dwelling house, (iii) PERMISSION to construct stand-alone educational building car parking, upgrade existing wastewater treatment plant ancillary site works

For the following works to a dwelling house, which will replace the works previously granted to the dwelling under existing planning permission P18-368, but not constructed, (A) Construct extensions to the side and rear of the dwelling, incorporating a car-port and store area, (B) Change design of the front elevation to incorporate a gable, so as allow for a section of existing attic space to be used as part of the dwelling and (C) Use part of the dwelling as a granny flat, all with associated site works and accessed by means of an existing right of way from public road.
