1. The demolition of 2 No. existing timber sheds (previously used as part of Kerry Foods plant operations). 2 The erection of two new storage unit facilities (each measuring c 409m2), new entrance and access road, new security fencing to perimeter as well as parking facilities and all associated site works
The following works - (1). 4 no detached dwellings on individual sites ( which will include 2 separate house types ) (2). The provision of a proposed garage for sites 1, 2 and 4. (3) The provision of an office/shed/studio for site 3. (4) A Proposed secondary treatment system to current EPA guidelines and percolation area to each of the 4 sites.(5). Connection to all services. (6). The Provision of a new vehicular entrance off the public road and internal access road (7). All ancillary works, inclusive of tree-planting, hard/soft landscaping, boundary treatment, provision of solar panels and any drainage infrastructure, necessary to facilitate the development/sites and all associated site works
For proposed improvements of existing logistics facility. The proposal will include the following (1.) A 383sq.m. extension to existing 287 sq.m. of logistics/distribution buildings on site ( 2). A Proposed new circa 1540sq.m. purpose built logistics/distribution facility with ancillary office space of circa 140 sq. m.attached with associated parking ( 3). The provision of a new truck/trailer storage yard. (4). Proposed new entrance gates /piers (5).
