To construct an additional two no. dwelling houses within the existing development, previously authorised under planning permissions ref no’s P22/1039, P24/60359 and P25/60299 along with all associated site works and services

Of the converted garage for domestic use, the connecting porch area, the altered fenestration, internal layout and all associated and ancillary site works

For the thermal upgrade and new front door of the existing cottage and for the construction of a single storey extension to the side of the existing cottage, and for the provision of an effluent treatment system and ancillary services

To make alterations to the development previously authorised under planning permission ref no. P22/1039, to include: (a) minor amendments to the house positions on site; (b) amendments to the house floor plans and layouts; (c) amendments to fenestration and elevational treatments of dwellings; and (d) all associated site works and services

For the construction of a dwelling house, coach-house/garage, wastewater treatment system and new entrance including ancillary site works

For a) To construct 8 No. semi-detached dwelling houses (16 houses in total) b) To amend access road and ancillary services permitted under planning ref P16/630 c) To provide temporary access road from public only in order to prevent machinery and builder providers accessing the site via the existing Maigh Dara housing estate

For the construction of a dwelling house, coach-house/garage, wastewater treatment system and new entrance including ancillary site works

The development consists of the RETENTION of alterations to the dwelling house as approved under planning ref. P19/355, these alterations consist of the mirroring of the front section of the dwelling, corrections to site levels and floor levels of dwelling and ancillary site works

To (A) alter, extend and renovate existing dwelling house. (B) demolish existing rear sunroom annex. (C) RETAIN existing domestic garden shed including all associated site works & services

For the refurbishment of an existing stone cottage to include provision of thatch roof, timber windows, doors and thermal upgrade of the cottage and for the construction of a single storey extension to the side of the existing cottage, provision of effluent treatment system and ancillary site works
