    Extend and modify an existing 1514.7m2 agricultural building to include; (a) permission for the construction of an 88.9m2 single story extension, (b) permission for elevational changes including the removal of all existing cladding (including asbestos cladding) to the façade of the building to be replaced with single skin metal sheeting and the provision of two new loading bay doors. This element of the works includes the disposal of asbestos from the roof and walls (hazardous waste No. 17 06 05 of the European Waste Catalogue), (c) permission for the alteration of the existing ground levels to provide a new dock leveler to facilitate convenient loading and un-loading of goods, (d) permission for the provision of a new internal access roadway to include 10 additional parking spaces and approx. 1080sqm of additional hard standing area. (e) all associated fencing, foul and surface water drainage including a new effluent holding tank and all associated site works. A Natura Impact Assessment (NIS) has been prepared in respect of the proposed development.
