The reclamation of land through the filling of material comprising of clay, silt, sand, gravel or stone on a site having an area of circa 3.5282 hectares for the purpose of improvement of land for agricultural use. Access will be taken from the existing L6674 local road via a previously approved vehicular entrance and infill site. The previously approved site infrastructure including a vehicular entrance, haul road, portable truck wheel-wash, office/ chemical toilet granted planning permission under Ref. 19/98 will be retained for a further period to serve the proposed infill development. The application is accompanied by a Natura Impact Statement (NIS). The proposed development relates to an activity which requires a Waste Licence

(1) change of use from the existing tools storage to a kennels room with 4 no. dog pens, (2) change of use from the existing waste & recycling bins storage area to a kennels room with 2 no. dog pens and to a roofed dog exercise area, (3) erection of 4 no. roofed dog exercise areas, (4) new entrance with fenced lane and to close down existing entrance & (5) all associated site development works
