Planning Permission for (a) Construction of a single storey dwelling house. (b) Installation of septic tank and percolation area. (c) Relocate existing agricultural entrance to allow for access to lands to rear of dwelling. (d) All associated site development works

The development will consist of the following: (1) to demolish an existing habitable dwelling house (2) to close up and de-omission and existing septic tank and soak-pit (3) to construct a replacement single storied dwelling house and a detached domestic store (4) to install a proprietary waste water treatment unit and percolation area (5) to upgrade the existing entrance to the site to include new entrance piers, gates and wing walls (6) and all ancillary site development works

The development will consist of provision of an on site milk sterilisation and canning facility to be housed in a modified transport container at the existing farmyard
