The proposed development includes 1. Retention permission for the first-floor attic conversion into a bedroom and office space. 2. Full planning permission for a ground-floor side extension to serve as a sunroom, together with all related ancillary site development works

(1) to construct a single storied type dwelling house and a detached domestic garage (2) to install a proprietary waste water treatment unit and percolation area (3) to alter and widen an existing entrance to form a combined entrance to serve the new proposed development and the existing dwelling adjacent to the proposed site (4) all ancillary site development works

The retention of amendments to residence previously granted Planning Permission under Register Reference Number 21/105, the re-positioning of the domestic garage and change of use of part of same to home office/study

Amendments to the design of detached 1.5 storey 4 bedroom family dwelling; and alterations to double garage previously approved planning permission under Pl. Ref. KA/191429. No other amendments to the development previously approved planning permission under Pl. Ref. KA/191429 is proposed as part of this application
