Installation of surface water drain at entrance threshold to connect to existing public surface water drainage, 3. All associated site works

To consist of the proposed alterations to front façade (east elevation), comprising of: 1. Installation of 1 no. new ATM, along with alterations to existing window ope. 2. Removal of section of existing boundary railing and stonework plinth. 3. Minor internal alterations, together with all associated site works.

To carry out the following development works to an existing end of terrace two-storey commercial building (former Bank of Ireland building) at Market Square View, Main street, Arvagh, Co. Cavan H12 W893. (1) Change of use from financial services to residential use and the provision of 4 no. new apartments (2 no. two-bedroom & 2 no. one-bedroom apartments). (2) Carry out material alterations to existing building comprising of minor alterations to external elevations and renovation works to the building fabric (3) Together with all associated site development works including provision of communal open space to the rear yard and connections to public services. This building is listed as a Protected Structure in the current Cavan County Development Plan.
