To revise the design of the proposed dwelling house previously granted permission under planning ref no. P24-60581 and to change the applicant's name as pertinent to Condition 2 (a) of said permission

To build an extension at the southern side of the existing dwelling house with all necessary ancillary services

To construct a new dwelling house, private garage, site entrance and domestic wastewater treatment system along with all associated site works and services
