For the construction of a dwellinghouse, advanced wastewater treatment and the upgrading of existing entrance including ancillary site works

To demolish an existing garage, to construct a single- storey granny flat to rear of existing dwelling, to construct a new side extension to each side of dwelling with minor internal alterations, to demolish the existing private garage and to construct a new private garage elsewhere on site, and to upgrade the existing wastewater treatment system

To construct a single dwelling house, advanced wastewater treatment system along with ancillary site works
