For the handling and temporary storage of zinc and lead ore at an existing bulk store, and loading of the ore from the store onto ships from an existing Wharf. It is expected that the proposed development will facilitate the export of up to 210,000 tonnes of ore per annum. The works will include modifications to the existing bulk store and the addition of dust extraction from the bulk store building. The proposed development will also involve the use of telescopic material handling equipment on the existing wharf at Belview to facilitate loading of the zinc and lead ore onto Ships, along with associated site works.
