To Extend the Appropriate Period of Planning Permission for P20/148 the development will consist of construction of an extension and alterations to existing house as follows: 1) Removal of existing roof, 2) replacement of existing corrugated steel roof in slate, with the addition of two sky lights, 2) provision of one new window opening to the front and one to the rear, 3) enlargement of one existing window opening 4) replacement of existing front windows and 5) plastering of part of one stone wall
