For (1) RETENTION of alterations and amendments made during construction to floor plan layouts and elevations of dormer type dwelling extension from that previously granted under planning reference number 02/972 together with PERMISSION to (a) construct a dormer type extension to rear of existing dwelling to incorporate bedroom, living and domestic storage areas, (b) carry out amendments and alterations to remaining existing elevations and floor plan layouts, (c) decommission existing septic tank and percolation area, (d) install proprietary wastewater treatment unit and percolation area and (e) complete all ancillary and associated site works

To construct 1 No. free range poultry house and 1 No. manure store together with all ancillary structures (to include meal bin(s) and soiled water tank(s)) and all associated site works arising from the above proposed development. Significant further information and revised plans have been submitted
