(1) The construction of a two storey extension to the rear/south of the existing dwelling and the construction of a single storey extension to the rear/north of the existing dwelling, both located between the original two storey dwelling and the existing single storey extension, together with 3 No. new bay windows on the north and south elevations of the ground floor, together with minor internal reconfiguration works and the restoration of the existing historic dwelling to the front/east. (6) The proposed demolition of an existing industrial shed/outbuilding located to the rear/south west of the site, together with the proposed demolition of a small single storey shed located near the existing vehicular entrance to the south of the site. (7) The provision of two new percolation areas and treatment systems located to the south west of the applicant site, serving the existing dwelling house and the proposed new guest house.
