For development, the development of the construction of a slatted unit and associated site works

To increase the height and roof of the existing proprietary over-ground slurry storage tank with associated ancillary site works

For (a) to construct an extension to the west side of the existing dwelling house and (b) to carry out alterations to the existing dwelling and (c) upgrade the existing sewage treatment system, along with ancillary works

To a) remove existing derelict dwelling to rear of existing dwelling and construct / replace with new rear accommodation block / extension b) upgrade and relocate waste water treatment system and percolation area plus all ancillary site works

For (a) PERMISSION to demolish an existing shed and for (b) PERMISSION to construct an extension to the north & west side of an existing dwelling house along with alterations to the existing house. (c) PERMISSION to construct a garage and (d) PERMISSION to upgrade the existing sewage treatment system and to upgrade the access road servicing the dwelling, along with ancillary works
