For development consisting of (1) RETENTION of alterations and amendments made during construction to floor plan layouts and elevations of bungalow type dwelling, (2) RETENTION of rear extension incorporating living area and utility area, (3) RETENTION of revised site layout all from that previously granted under planning reference number 10/589 together with PERMISSION to (a) construct a single storey family flat extension to side of existing dwelling to incorporate kitchen, living, bedroom and sanitary accommodation, (b) carry out amendments and alterations to remaining existing elevations and floor plan layout, (c) de-commission existing septic tank and percolation area, (d) install proprietary wastewater treatment unit and percolation area and (e) complete all ancillary and associated site works

To retain development consisting of (1) existing agricultural slatted shed incorporating slatted areas, underground slurry storage tanks, cubicle accommodation and loose bedded areas, (2) existing agricultrual storage shed to northern boundary of site together with PERMISSION to (a) construct agricultural slatted shed to incorporate milking parlour area, dairy, ancillary storage, bedded area, slatted areas, cubicle accommodation, feed and link passages and underground slurry storage tanks, (b) complete all ancillary site works and associated site structures

To partially demolish and erect dormer style extension to side and rear of dwelling, attic conversion and new entrance with associated alterations to elevations, site boundary and all ancillary works

Construct two-storey type dwelling, domestic garage, amendment of existing agricultural entrance onto the public road to form shared agricultural and domestic site entrance, installation of proprietary wastewater treatment unit and percolation area and completion of all ancillary site works.
