For a change of house type to previously granted dwelling house (planning permission Reg No 21/458), and also for a revised site layout and site location. The revised proposal to include for a two-storey dwelling house with detached domestic garage, forming a new site entrance onto an existing laneway, and installation of approved proprietary wastewater treatment system & percolation area, together with all associated site development works. Significant further information and revised plans have been submitted.
