To alter and convert an existing detached private garage for use as a granny flat ancillary to the existing dwelling and connected to the existing wastewater treatment system and all ancillary site works

To extend existing dwelling house and upgrade existing sewerage system

To (1) demolish existing four bedroomed dormer dwelling house and domestic shed and decommissioning of existing four bedroomed dormer dwelling house and domestic shed and decommissioning of existing septic tank system (2) construct replacement four bedroom dormer dwelling house and domestic store, (3) realign existing driveway, (4) install new waste water treatment plant and percolation area and (5) all ancillary site works necessary to facilitate the proposed development

For changes made to planning permission reference number P06/911 including (1) revision of site boundaries, (2) location and alterations to the design of the existing private garage, (3) location of dwelling house, (4) location of wastewater treatment system and percolation area, (5) an additional entrance and planning PERMISSION to construct a new garage for private use along with all associated and ancillary works
