    An amendment to previously permitted development, Reg. Ref. 16/1145 (subsequently amended under Reg. Refs. 17/886, 17/1369 and 19/85). The proposed development seeks the omission of previously permitted single storey childcare facility (324sqm gross floor area (GFA) and the replacement with 6 no. dwellings, comprising a two-storey terrace with 4 no. mid terrace, two bed units (85sqm GFA each) and 2 no. end of terrace, three bed units (107sqm GFA each), together with all associated landscape, boundary, infrastructure, site and development works ancillary to the proposed development. Access and car parking remain as per permitted development. The proposed development results in an increase in the total number of units from 180 no. units (4 no. four bed units; 16 no. two bed units, 120 no. three bed units and 40 no. four bed units) as permitted under Reg.
