For (i) to demolish the existing entrance lobby on the South Eastern corner of the existing Supermarket building. (ii) the change of use of the existing Store Room to Retail Area on the Southern side of the existing Supermarket building. Retail Area to be amalgamated with the existing Retail Area. (iii) to construct a new Extension consisting of retail area (10.3m2) and new entrance Lobby (10.2m2) on the South Eastern corner of the existing building. The Retail Area is to be amalgamated with the existing Retail Area and all associated site works and associated signage
