The works include construction of a single storey extension to side of existing house, conversion of attic to accessible bedroom with addition of new dormer extensions to rear roof and addition of homelift to give independent access to all floors, addition of setback infill dormer between existing front dormers, construction of new single storey artist studio at rear of garden with storage and shed, alterations to rear garden including changing of ground levels and addition of ramps, covered pergola and terraces, alterations to drainage, existing boundaries and all associated site works.
