Clare, on a site measuring c. 0.44 hectares, for a Renal Dialysis Facility comprising: 1) The construction of a single storey building measuring c. 904 sqm gross floor space; 2) Vehicular and pedestrian access point from existing Clare Technology Park road network, associated car / vehicle parking, site hard and soft landscaping and boundary treatments; and, 3) Provision of signage, bin store, external mechanical and electrical plant and equipment, drainage infrastructure and connections to services / utilities, and all other associated and ancillary development and works above and below ground level. A Natura Impact Statement will be submitted to the planning authority with the application.
