To change the use of the ground floor of the building known as “Claremount” from restaurant/café, as previously authorised under planning permission ref no. P20/402, to a licensed bar/restaurant along with all associated site works

To RETAIN demolition of building known as "Claremount", and for planning PERMISSION to (a) re-construct building as previously existed with minor elevational two storey minor elevational changes; (b) construct additional two storey extension to rear of re-constructed building with ground floor use as restaurant/café and first floor use as residential; (c) change of use of the ground floor of the re-constructed building to restaurant/café; (d) change of use of the first floor of the re-constructed building to single residential unit; (e) provide internal and external stairs access from ground floor to first floor residential unit; and (f) all other associated site works and services
