For the following: 1) Construction of an extension to the existing building containing a retail room, de-boxing area, tempering area, tray storage & store, 2) additional carparking area and 3) all associated site works. The site currently has an EPA IED Licence (Reg. No. P0169-02)

For construction and operation of an energy storage system comprising (i) 5 no. containerised energy storage modules placed on concrete plinth foundations; (ii) 5 no. electrical transformer and inverter modules; (iii) heating, ventilation and air conditioning units; (iv) 130m of site access tracks; (v) underground electrical and telecommunications cabling; (vi) CCTV security monitoring system; (vii) an up to 2.95m palisade fence around the energy storage system compound; (viii) all ancillary electrical and communications equipment; and (ix) all associated site development, drainage and reinstatement works. This development is for the purposes of an activity requiring an Integrated Pollution Control license.

For development of the following: 1) Retention of a 90m2 extension to the Dispatch Bay, 2) Retention of a 366m2 extension for a Tray Washing Area and 3) all associated site works. The site currently has an EPA IED Licence (Reg. No. P0169-02)

For development at this site: Kilquilly and Cloggagh, Ballyjamesduff, Co. Cavan; Moynehall (Cavan); Moher (Denn ED), Co. Cavan. The development will consist of: Ten year permission for (i) the erection of a single wind turbine with a maximum height of up to 169 metres and all associated site development, access and reinstatement works including turbine foundation, hardstanding area, site access tracks, 1 no. temporary site entrance and underground electrical cabling at Kilquilly and Cloggagh, Ballyjamesduff; and (ii) temporary upgrade works at the R935/L6503 junction at Moynehall (Cavan) and along the L2502 at Moher (Denn ED). Significant further information and revised plans have been received.
