Permission sought to construct 85 no. 2 storey residential dwellings comprised of 29 no. 3 bed end/semi-detached houses, 8 no. 3 bed mid-terraced houses, 9 no. 3 bed gable entry houses, 3 no. 4 bed detached houses and 36 no. 4 bed semi-detached houses on a site measuring approximately 3.30 hectares. The proposed development will be accessed from Ballymakenny Road to the south of the site via 2 no. proposed access points. The proposed development also provides for public open spaces, (4,742m2), car and bicycle parking, bin stores, internal roads, and all associated site development works.
