For: the construction of an extension and alterations to an existing dwelling. The proposed development will include the following: 1. Modifications to Existing Dwelling: Alterations to window and door openings, including the installation of two corner windows on the front (north-west) elevation, and gable elevations. Replacement of the existing front door with a window. Internal reconfiguration to provide two bedrooms with walk-in wardrobes, a shower room, hallway, and sitting room. Removal of one chimney. Replacement of existing roof tiles with natural slates. Installation of natural stone external finish to the front, left, and right gable elevations of the existing dwelling. 3. Proposed domestic garage. 4. Site Works: Upgrade of the existing wastewater treatment system to a new treatment system and percolation area, with connection to existing services, along with all associated site works
