For the following development: (1) construct a new single storey extension to side & rear of dwelling house, and (2) to RETAIN and complete unfinished dwelling house (previous approval granted under 06/1834) and associated site development works including minor adjustments to location of installed proprietary wastewater treatment system & percolation area, and construction of new site entrance as a combined site entrance. Retention Permission has previously been granted for alterations to the original dwelling house (retention permission granted under 16/343)
