Permission consisting of: (i) conservation works to the existing farmhouse (163sq.m) including the provision of a new roof with natural slate covering, replacement windows and internal modifications; (ii) the construction of a new extension (154sq.m); (iii) adjustment of existing private access roads; (iv) removal and rebuilding of existing retaining wall to farmyard; (v) the construction of a new garage (55sq.m) and outbuilding (24sq.m); (vi) a new proprietary wastewater treatment system and percolation area; and (vii) all other associated ancillary site works
