Construction of new dwelling, installation of new sewage treatment system, new site access and all ancillary site works

We, Simon Beale + Associates, are applying to Mayo County Council on behalf of Harry Reilly for the retention of the following: (1) As Built Alterations to the Existing Conservatory to the Southwest Elevation of the dwelling previously granted under reference No. 01/1410, (2) Existing Garage to the rear of the dwelling, (3) 2 No. Existing Roof Lights to the Front of the Dwelling, together with all associated site works at Drumreagh, Clogher, Ballina, Co. Mayo, F26 D7P1.

The development shall consist of planning permission for the erection of a dwelling house, installation of a proprietary treatment unit including a percolation/tertiary area, upgrade of the existing entrance and to include all other ancillary site services and development works associated with this permission as per the application documentation.
