New agriculture shed as constructed on site, extension to existing agriculture shed on site, extending of agriculture yard and associate works

The importation of concrete, the storing of concrete, the processing of concrete including crushing and screening, and the storage of the crushed concrete product pending re-use off-site. It is proposed to accept up to 15,000 tonnes per annum of material. The application relates to an activity requiring a Waste Facility Permit

(1) change of use of the existing barn with a floor area of 45m2 to residential use. Proposed alterations to the barn that include new windows and doors (2) A proposed single storey extension with a floor area of 30m2 located to the rear of existing dwelling which shall link the existing dwelling to the propose barn conversion. The existing dwelling has a floor area of 91m2. (3) A replacement on site effluent treatment system. (4) Proposed landscaping, parking area and all associated site works
